Purchases and Shipping

All artworks and prints are sold as described on the website. Once an artwork leaves my studio and is in the care of Australia Post or another carrier, any loss, theft, or damage during shipping is not the responsibility of Katie Lloyd. Buyers are encouraged to choose insured shipping if they would like additional protection.

Refunds or exchanges are only offered in cases of damage or error caused by the artist prior to shipping. Any damage or loss after dispatch should be claimed directly with the shipping provider. All sales are final once the artwork has been delivered.
